Terms

These Terms apply to AstraBrava LLC ("AstraBrava") websites and to events we produce, including Cielo Nights, presented by Cielo International Foods. By using our sites or registering for an event, you agree to these Terms.

Registration and entry

Registering reserves a spot but does not guarantee entry. Events may be capped, and entry is first come, first served at the stated capacity. We may ask for valid identification at the door. Details, lineup, timing, and location may change, and some elements, such as a michelada garden, depend on licensing and venue approvals that are still being confirmed.

Conduct

We want a safe, welcoming night. We may refuse or remove anyone for unsafe, illegal, or disruptive behavior. Please follow staff and security instructions at all entry points and on site.

Photography and live streaming

Cielo Nights is photographed and live streamed. By attending, you understand that you may appear in photos, video, and live streams captured at the event, and you grant AstraBrava and Cielo International Foods permission to use that footage to document and promote the event and future events. If you prefer not to be featured, let a staff member know on site and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Alcohol

Any alcohol service is subject to licensing and is limited to guests of legal drinking age with valid identification. We reserve the right to refuse service.

Assumption of risk

You attend at your own risk. To the fullest extent allowed by law, AstraBrava and Cielo International Foods are not liable for loss, injury, or damage arising from your attendance, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Intellectual property

The AstraBrava and Cielo Nights names, logos, and site content are owned by their respective owners and may not be used without permission.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always posted here.
