Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how AstraBrava LLC ("AstraBrava," "we," or "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you visit our sites, send us an inquiry through a contact form, or sign up for an event we produce, including Cielo Nights, presented by Cielo International Foods.

What we collect

When you register for an event, we collect the information you give us:

• Your name and email address (required to hold your spot and send entry details).
• Your phone number, Instagram handle, and party size, if you choose to provide them.
• How you heard about the event, if you tell us.
• Basic technical data your browser sends, such as your general region and device type.

When you send an inquiry through the contact form on astrabrava.com, we collect the information you give us:

• Your name, email address, and message (required so we can reply).
• Your phone number, company, city and state, and the division you are interested in, if you choose to provide them.

To limit automated abuse of the contact form, we also store a one-way hash of the IP address each inquiry came from, with the time it was sent. We do not store the IP address itself. Entries older than one day are deleted the next time the form is used.

Registration for Cielo Nights is closed. The sign-up page no longer collects any information.

Why we collect it

We use contact form inquiries to reply to you and to follow up on the request you sent. Sending an inquiry does not add you to a marketing list.

We use event registration information to manage entry, plan capacity, communicate event details, and improve the experience. If you opt in, we also use your email to send you updates about future events, drops, and flavors. Marketing email is always optional and you can opt out at any time using the link in any message or by emailing us.

Who it is shared with

Event registration data is shared with Cielo International Foods, the presenting brand, so the two of us can run the event together. Contact form inquiries are not shared with Cielo International Foods. They are delivered to our team inbox by email. We use trusted service providers, such as Cloudflare for hosting and data storage and Resend for email delivery, who process data on our behalf. We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep registration records for as long as needed to run the event and our ongoing relationship with you, and then we delete or anonymize them. We keep contact form inquiries for as long as needed to respond and to manage our ongoing relationship with you. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, and you can opt out of marketing. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what we collect and the right to deletion. We do not sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of on that front. To make a request, email us at the address below. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your data safe and limit who can access it.

Children

Our sites and events are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this policy as our events and services evolve. We will post the new version here with an updated date.
